छादयन्नाननं वेगैरर्दयन्नङ्गभञ्जनैः । निरुच्यते छर्दिरिति दोषो वक्त्राद्विनिश्चरन् ॥६॥

Vomiting, which is caused by the forceful expulsion of matter through the mouth, is termed as such when the bodily Doshas exit from the mouth with intense force, causing strain on the face and body.

प्रच्छर्दयेत् फेनिलमल्पमल्पं शूलार्दितोऽभ्यर्दितपार्श्वपृष्ठः । श्रान्तः सघोषं बहुशः कषायं जीर्णेऽधिकं साऽनिलजा वमिस्तु ॥९॥

The vomiting, characterized by small amounts of frothy matter and accompanied by severe pain in the sides and back, should be treated with attention. The patient, who is fatigued and distressed, experiences frequent, loud episodes of vomiting, often with a bitter or astringent taste, especially in cases of indigestion and excess bile.

योऽम्लं भृशं वा कटुतिक्तवक्त्रः पीतं सरक्तं हरितं वमेद्वा । सदाहचोषज्वरवक्त्रशोषो मूर्च्छान्वितः पित्तनिमित्तजा सा ॥१०॥

The vomiting caused by deranged Pitta is characterized by a strongly sour, bitter, or astringent taste in the mouth. The ejected matter may be yellow, greenish, or streaked with blood. The patient may also experience a persistent burning sensation, fever, dryness of the mouth, and fainting fits. This type of vomiting is typically accompanied by a feeling of exhaustion and weakness due to the intense action of Pitta.
