लेपावगाहौ परिषेचनानि कुर्यात्तथा शीतगृहाणि चापि । संशोधनं क्षीररसौ घृतानि सर्वासु लेहान्मधुरान् हिमांश्च ॥३३॥
Applications of ointments, baths, and sprays should be used, and cold rooms should be provided for the patient. Rejuvenating therapies involving milk, buttermilk, and clarified butter are beneficial for all types of thirst, as they are sweet and cooling in nature.

मलहम, स्नान और स्प्रे का उपयोग किया जाना चाहिए, और रोगी के लिए ठंडे कमरे उपलब्ध कराए जाने चाहिए। दूध, छाछ और घी से युक्त कायाकल्प चिकित्सा सभी प्रकार की प्यास के लिए फायदेमंद है, क्योंकि वे मीठे और ठंडे स्वभाव के होते हैं।
