बिल्वाढकीकन्यकपञ्चमूलीदर्भेषु सिद्धं कफजां निहन्ति । हितं भवेच्छर्दनमेव चात्र तप्तेन निम्बप्रसवोदकेन ॥२१॥
A decoction prepared with Vilva, Adhaki, Kantaka-Panca-mula, and Darbha herbs effectively combats thirst caused by the Kapha dosha. Inducing vomiting with warm water infused with Nimba is also beneficial in such cases.

विल्व, अधोकी, कंटक-पंच-मूल और दर्भा जड़ी-बूटियों से बना काढ़ा कफ दोष के कारण होने वाली प्यास को प्रभावी ढंग से दूर करता है। ऐसे मामलों में निम्बू मिला गर्म पानी से उल्टी कराना भी फायदेमंद होता है।

In all types of thirst, including those caused by Pitta, the treatment should be performed accordingly. A decoction made from Udumvara fruit, mixed with sugar and taken in its warm form, can also be effective in alleviating thirst.

सभी प्रकार की प्यास में, पित्त के कारण होने वाली प्यास सहित, उपचार उसी के अनुसार किया जाना चाहिए। उडुम्वर फल का काढ़ा बनाकर, चीनी के साथ मिलाकर गर्म रूप में पीने से भी प्यास कम करने में मदद मिलती है।

A decoction made from Kashheru, Shringataka, Padma, Moca, and Sakeshu, when prepared with the appropriate medicinal ingredients, effectively relieves thirst caused by injuries (Kshataja). This treatment helps in alleviating the symptoms of thirst due to such conditions.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptलाजोत्पलोशीरकुचन्दनानि दत्त्वा प्रवाते निशि वासयेत्तु । तदुत्तमं तोयमुदारगन्धि सितायुतं क्षौद्रयुतं वदन्ति ॥२४॥
By giving a mixture of Lajotpla, Ushira, Kucandana, and allowing it to be exposed to the wind at night, one should prepare an excellent water with a fine fragrance. This water, which is white and mixed with sugar, is considered effective for treating thirst according to the medical texts.

लाजोटपला, उशीरा, कुकंदना का मिश्रण पिलाकर तथा रात्रि में हवा लगने पर उत्तम सुगंध वाला जल तैयार करना चाहिए। श्वेत रंग का तथा शर्करा मिश्रित यह जल चिकित्सा शास्त्रों के अनुसार प्यास बुझाने में कारगर माना गया है।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptद्राक्षाप्रगाढं च हिताय वैद्यस्तृष्णार्दितेभ्यो वितरेन्नरेभ्यः । ससारिवादौ तृणपञ्चमूले तथोत्पलादौ प्रथमे गणे च ॥२५॥
The physician should distribute a potent preparation of grapes (Draaksapragadha) for the benefit of those suffering from intense thirst. This preparation should be mixed with the herbs of the Sarivadi group, along with the five roots of grasses (Trina Panchamule), and also with the drugs from the Utpaladi group. This should be given in the first dosage form to the patients.

चिकित्सक को तीव्र प्यास से पीड़ित लोगों के लाभ के लिए अंगूर (द्राक्षप्रगधा) की एक शक्तिशाली औषधि वितरित करनी चाहिए। इस औषधि को सारिवादी समूह की जड़ी-बूटियों, घास की पाँच जड़ों (तृण पंचमुले) और उत्पलादि समूह की औषधियों के साथ मिलाया जाना चाहिए। इसे रोगियों को पहली खुराक के रूप में दिया जाना चाहिए।
