निर्भक्तमेकान्तत एव मद्यं निषेव्यमाणं मनुजेन नित्यम् । उत्पादयेत् कष्टतमान् विकारानापादयेच्चापि शरीरमेदम् ॥१४॥

यदि शराब को अकेले, बिना भोजन के, तथा लगातार किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा पीया जाए, तो इससे शरीर में गंभीर गड़बड़ी पैदा हो सकती है, तथा शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य भी बिगड़ सकता है।
