The physician skilled in administering enemas should apply ghee mixed with the paste of Shyama, Trivrut, or use a purgative, and also administer a medicated enema using potent oils.

एनिमा देने में कुशल चिकित्सक को श्यामा, त्रिवृत के लेप में घी मिलाकर लगाना चाहिए, या रेचक औषधि का प्रयोग करना चाहिए, तथा शक्तिशाली तेलों का प्रयोग करके औषधीय एनिमा भी देना चाहिए।
