विण्मूत्रानिलसङ्गश्च सौहित्यासहता तथा । द्वेषोऽन्ने वायुरूर्ध्वं च पूर्वरूपेषु गुल्मिनाम् ॥९॥

इस स्थिति में पेशाब करने में कठिनाई, विक्षिप्त वायु (वायु) के कारण होने वाली रुकावट और भोजन के प्रति तीव्र अरुचि भी शामिल है। ये लक्षण गुल्म की उपस्थिति का संकेत देते हैं, जिसके कारण वायु ऊपर की ओर उठती है और शरीर को उसके प्रारंभिक रूपों में प्रभावित करती है।
