गुटिकास्तद्घनीभूतं कृत्वा खादेदभुक्तवान् । गुल्मप्लीहाग्निसादांस्ता नाशयेयुरशेषतः ॥५१॥
Having made the mixture into pills, one should consume them after meals. These pills will completely eliminate the diseases of the spleen, stomach, and digestive fire.

This (treatment) is effective in curing heart disease, disorders of the intestines, and the severe disease of pallor. It also addresses conditions with pain, swelling, lack of pulsation, burning sensations, and other related symptoms.

In the case of gulma (abdominal tumors), blood should be removed either by leeches or by bloodletting. The remedies should be made with warm, smooth, and clear saline substances like jungle resin and well-prepared salt.
