अरिष्टोऽयं जयेद्गुल्ममविपाकमरोचकम् । पाठानिकुम्भरजनीत्रिकटुत्रिफलाग्निकम् ॥४९॥
This decoction (Arishta) cures a painful and indigestible swelling. It is made with a mixture of Trikatu (a combination of three pungent spices) and three fruits, which kindle the digestive fire, and is kept in a special vessel overnight.
