भस्म मूलकजं चापि गोजाविखरहस्तिनाम् । मूत्रेण महिषीणां च पालिकैश्चावचूर्णितैः ॥४१॥
Also, one should use the ash made from the roots of certain plants, along with the dung of cows, buffaloes, and elephants, and mix it with the urine of cows and the powder of palasha flowers.

इसके अलावा, कुछ पौधों की जड़ों से बनी राख, गाय, भैंस और हाथी के गोबर, तथा गाय के मूत्र और पलाश के फूलों के चूर्ण के साथ मिलाकर प्रयोग करना चाहिए।

It (the medicine) should be mixed with the powder of Kushta, Saindhava, Yashthimadhu, Nagara, and Krimighati, along with the ten kinds of intoxicants and the seashells.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptअयःपात्रेऽग्निनाऽल्पेन पक्त्वा लेह्य(ह)मथोद्धरेत् । तस्य मात्रां पिबेद्दध्ना सुरया सर्पिषाऽपि वा ॥४३॥
In an iron vessel, it should be cooked with a small amount of fire, then made into a paste and taken. Afterward, it should be consumed in the prescribed quantity with either wine or clarified butter.

लोहे के बर्तन में इसे हल्की आंच पर पकाकर पेस्ट बना लेना चाहिए और फिर इसे शराब या घी के साथ सेवन करना चाहिए।

With warm water, sour grains, or the juice of kola seeds, this alkaline substance destroys the wind disorders, without a doubt, and also cures the swellings (gulma).

गर्म पानी, खट्टी दालों या कोला के बीजों के रस के साथ यह क्षारीय पदार्थ वायु विकारों को नष्ट करता है, तथा सूजन (गुल्मा) को भी ठीक करता है।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptस्वर्जिकाकुष्ठसहितः क्षारः केतकिजोऽपि वा । तैलेन शमयेत् पीतो गुल्मं पवनसम्भवम् ॥४५॥
The alkaline substance, whether it is from swarjika, leprosy, or from the ketaki plant, when taken with oil, pacifies and cures the gulma caused by wind.

क्षारीय पदार्थ, चाहे वह स्वर्जिका, कुष्ठ या केतकी के पौधे से प्राप्त हो, जब तेल के साथ लिया जाता है, तो वायु के कारण होने वाले गुल्म को शांत करता है और ठीक करता है।
