तृणमूलकषाये तु जीवनीयैः पचेद्घृतम् । न्यग्रोधादिगणे वाऽपि गणे वाऽप्युत्पलादिके ॥३६॥

In the decoction of grass roots, clarified butter should be prepared with life-giving substances, such as Nyagrodha (Indian banyan), Gana (group of plants), or Utpaladi (such as blue lotus), and other similar plants.

रक्तपित्तोत्थितं घ्नन्ति घृतान्येतान्यसंशयम् । आरग्वधादौ विपचेद्दीपनीययुतं घृतम् ॥३७॥

These substances, when prepared with clarified butter, eliminate the doubts arising from conditions caused by blood-related disorders (raktapitta). The clarified butter, prepared with ingredients like Argavadha (a type of medicinal plant) and others, should be used with heating agents.

क्षारवर्गे पचेच्चान्यत् पचेन्मूत्रगणेऽपरम् । घ्नन्ति गुल्मं कफोद्भूतं घृतान्येतान्यसंशयम् ॥३८॥

In the alkaline group, other ingredients should be cooked, and similarly, in the group of urine-related substances, the clarified butter prepared with them eliminates doubts. These clarified butters are effective in treating the tumors caused by an increase in Kapha.

यथादोषोच्छ्रयं चापि चिकित्सेत्सान्निपातिकम् । चूर्णं हिङ्ग्वादिकं वाऽपि घृतं वा प्लीहनाशनम् ॥३९॥

One should treat the condition based on the aggravated dosha, especially in cases of a combined dosha (Sannipātika). The powder of ingredients like Hing (asafoetida) or similar substances, or clarified butter, is beneficial in alleviating spleen-related issues.

पिबेद्गुल्मापहं काले सर्पिस्तैल्वकमेव वा । तिलेक्षुरकपालाशसार्षपं यावनालजम् ॥४०॥

At the proper time, one should drink the oil or clarified butter that is beneficial for curing the gulma (abdominal tumors). It can be made with ingredients like sesame oil, the oil of the seeds of the bottle gourd, or mustard seeds, along with other beneficial substances.
