जायते कुपितैर्दोषैर्व्याप्तदेहस्य देहिनः | कफप्रधानैर्दोषैर्हि रुद्धेषु रसवर्त्मसु ||९||

The disease arises when the aggravated doshas, particularly Kapha, pervade the body and obstruct the channels of vital fluids (rasa), leading to a condition where the body becomes overwhelmed by the harmful effects of these doshas.

यह रोग तब उत्पन्न होता है जब उत्तेजित दोष, विशेष रूप से कफ, शरीर में फैल जाते हैं और महत्वपूर्ण तरल पदार्थों (रस) के मार्गों को अवरुद्ध कर देते हैं, जिससे ऐसी स्थिति उत्पन्न हो जाती है कि शरीर इन दोषों के हानिकारक प्रभावों से अभिभूत हो जाता है।
