पक्त्वा जले तेन पचेद्धि सर्पिस्तस्मिन् सुसिद्धे त्ववतारिते च । त्रिंशत्पलान्यत्र सितोपलाया दत्त्वा तुगाक्षीरिपलानि षट् च ॥५१॥

After boiling in water, the ghee should be prepared with serpents and should be cooked in that water until it is perfectly refined. Then, thirty palas of white sugar should be added, along with six palas of milk, and the mixture should be consumed.

जल में उबालकर नागपाश से घी तैयार करना चाहिए तथा उसे उस जल में तब तक पकाना चाहिए जब तक वह पूर्णतः शुद्ध न हो जाए। फिर उसमें तीस पला सफेद चीनी तथा छः पला दूध डालकर इस मिश्रण को पीना चाहिए।

प्रस्थे घृतस्य द्विगुणं च दद्यात् क्षौद्रं ततो मन्थहतं विदध्यात् । पलं पलं प्रातरतः प्रलिह्य पश्चात् पिबेत् क्षीरमतन्द्रितश्च ॥५२॥

In the vessel, double the amount of ghee should be added, then honey should be mixed into it. After that, the mixture should be churned to produce buttermilk. The person should lick one pala at a time, starting in the morning, and later drink milk, remaining vigilant.

बर्तन में दुगनी मात्रा में घी डालकर उसमें शहद मिला देना चाहिए। इसके बाद मिश्रण को मथकर छाछ बना लेना चाहिए। व्यक्ति को सुबह उठकर एक-एक पलाश चाटना चाहिए और बाद में दूध पीना चाहिए।

एतद्धि मेध्यं परमं पवित्रं चक्षुष्यमायुष्यमथो यशस्यम् । यक्ष्माणमाशु व्यपहन्ति चैतत् पाण्ड्वामयं चैव भगन्दरं च ॥५३॥

This is indeed a highly effective, supreme, and purifying remedy that enhances vision, longevity, and fame. It quickly eliminates consumption, jaundice, and even the painful condition of piles.

This remedy also destroys ailments like breathlessness, voice disorders, cough, spleen enlargement, abdominal distention, and colic. There is nothing here that should be avoided. This medicine, when taken, acts as a powerful tonic.

यह औषधि सांस फूलना, स्वर विकार, खांसी, तिल्ली बढ़ना, पेट फूलना और पेट दर्द जैसी बीमारियों को भी नष्ट करती है। इसमें ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है जिसे टाला जाए। यह औषधि जब ली जाती है तो एक शक्तिशाली टॉनिक के रूप में कार्य करती है।

प्लीहोदरोक्तं विहितं च सर्पिस्त्रीण्येव चान्यानि हितानि चात्र । उपद्रवांश्च स्वरवैकृतादीन् जयेद्यथास्वं प्रसमीक्ष्य शास्त्रम् ॥५५॥

The ghee prepared as described, along with the three other beneficial ingredients mentioned here, is capable of curing disturbances such as spleen disorders, abdominal issues, and other ailments. It eradicates voice irregularities and other disturbances when used according to the principles outlined in the scriptures.
