रक्तक्षयाद्वेदनाभिस्तथैवाहारयन्त्रणात् । व्रणितस्य भवेच्छोषः स चासाध्यतमः स्मृतः ॥२३॥
The condition of wasting (Shosha) arising from blood depletion, pain, and disturbances caused by improper diet and digestion, particularly in the case of a person with wounds, is considered to be one of the most difficult to treat.
