असंवृतगुदं क्षीणं दुराध्मातमुपद्रुतम् । गुदे पक्वे गतोष्माणमतीसारकिणं त्यजेत् ॥२१॥

इस स्थिति में गुदा खुला या खुला रहता है, मल त्याग में कमी और दुर्गंध आती है, जो और भी गंभीर हो जाती है। ऐसे मामलों में, जब मल सख्त हो जाता है और शरीर की गर्मी बढ़ जाती है, तो अतिसार (दस्त) के उपचार को छोड़ने की सलाह दी जाती है।
