खादेत् प्रदेहैः शिखिलावजैर्वा भुञ्जीत यूषैर्दधिभिश्च मुख्यैः । माषान् सुसिद्धान् घृतमण्डयुक्तान् खादेच्च दध्ना मरिचोपदंशान् ॥१४९॥
He should eat with pastes or with the leaves of the Shikhali plant, or he should consume soups and excellent curds. He should eat well-cooked Masha beans mixed with ghee and curds, along with a pinch of pepper.
