पूरयित्वाऽखिलं देहं ज्वरमापादयेद्भृशम् । रोगाणां तु समुत्थानाद्विदाहागन्तुतस्तथा ॥८१॥
By filling the entire body, it (the disease) causes severe fever. Similarly, the onset of diseases, arising from various causes, leads to the return of burning sensations.

यह रोग सम्पूर्ण शरीर को भरकर भयंकर ज्वर उत्पन्न करता है। इसी प्रकार विभिन्न कारणों से उत्पन्न होने वाले रोगों के कारण भी जलन पुनः उत्पन्न होती है।

When the fever is located in the heart, there is heaviness, discomfort, nausea, and loss of appetite. Additionally, when the fever is in the digestive system, symptoms such as weakness and distress appear.
