धातून् प्रक्षोभयन् दोषो मोक्षकाले बलीयते | तेन व्याकुलचित्तस्तु म्रियमाण इवेहते ||३२१||

The dosha (imbalance) that agitates the tissues becomes stronger at the time of liberation (healing). Therefore, the person whose mind is disturbed by it behaves as though he is dying.

The characteristics of a person freed from fever are lightness in the head, sweating, a pale face, reduced appetite, and a lack of desire for food.

Fever, which arises from the anger of Lord Shiva, is fierce and terrible, characterized by strength, complexion changes, and digestive issues. It is called the "king of diseases" because it leads to the accumulation of other ailments.
