धातून् प्रक्षोभयन् दोषो मोक्षकाले बलीयते । तेन व्याकुलचित्तस्तु म्रियमाण इवेहते ॥३२१॥
The dosha (imbalance) that agitates the tissues becomes stronger at the time of liberation (healing). Therefore, the person whose mind is disturbed by it behaves as though he is dying.

ऊतकों को उत्तेजित करने वाला दोष (असंतुलन) मुक्ति (उपचार) के समय और भी मजबूत हो जाता है। इसलिए, जिस व्यक्ति का मन इससे अशांत होता है, वह ऐसा व्यवहार करता है जैसे वह मर रहा हो।
