गैरिकाञ्जनमञ्जिष्ठामृणालान्यथ पद्मकम् । श्लक्ष्णपिष्टं तु पयसा शर्करामधुसंयुतम् ॥३११॥
Sweet, cold sugar preparations are considered effective in curing pitta fever. The skin of mango and similar fruits, conch, sandalwood, and the flowers of the Madhuka plant (Mahua) are also beneficial.

A cool, well-prepared enema should be given to those suffering from burning sensations, as it helps to alleviate fever and heat. This treatment, when properly prepared, also aids in the healing process.

A decoction made from the bark of Arjuno, combined with Pippali and other herbs, along with sugarcane urine, should be given. This remedy is effective in curing cold-related fevers and alleviating the effects of Kapha dosha.

The oils, which are properly combined with suitable substances, when used for application, are said to be effective in treating all types of Vata-related disorders. These oils, when applied correctly, are beneficial in alleviating the imbalances associated with Vata dosha.
