सर्वलिङ्गसमवायः सर्वदोषप्रकोपजे । द्वयोर्द्वयोस्तु रूपेण संसृष्टं द्वन्द्वजं विदुः ॥२८॥
The combination of all signs and symptoms, arising from the aggravation of all the doshas, is understood to be the dual nature of the disease, which manifests in the form of a combination of both doshas.
