श्रमक्षयोत्थे भुञ्जीत घृताभ्यक्तो रसौदनम् । अभिशापाभिचारोत्थौ ज्वरौ होमादिना जयेत् ॥२६६॥
One suffering from exhaustion should consume ghee-processed food and medicinal gruels. Fever caused by curses or magical influences can be defeated by performing rituals such as homa (fire sacrifices).

थकावट से पीड़ित व्यक्ति को घी से बने खाद्य पदार्थ और औषधीय दलिया खाना चाहिए। शाप या जादुई प्रभाव से होने वाले बुखार को होम (अग्नि बलिदान) जैसे अनुष्ठान करके हराया जा सकता है।

For fevers caused by gifts, auspicious ceremonies, hospitality, or by the influence of celestial bodies or spirits, one should perform actions that do not involve heat or excessive warmth, and avoid activities that may worsen the condition.

उपहार, शुभ समारोह, आतिथ्य, या आकाशीय पिंडों या आत्माओं के प्रभाव से होने वाले बुखार के लिए, ऐसे कार्य करने चाहिए जिनमें गर्मी या अत्यधिक गर्मी शामिल न हो, और ऐसी गतिविधियों से बचना चाहिए जो स्थिति को खराब कर सकती हैं।

The decoction should be sweet and oily, prepared according to the nature of the doshas or the condition. It should also be enhanced with medicinal fragrances and remedies that help neutralize poison, bile, and other toxins.

काढ़ा मीठा और तैलीय होना चाहिए, दोषों की प्रकृति या स्थिति के अनुसार तैयार किया जाना चाहिए। इसे औषधीय सुगंधों और उपचारों से भी समृद्ध किया जाना चाहिए जो जहर, पित्त और अन्य विषाक्त पदार्थों को बेअसर करने में मदद करते हैं।

The decoction, which is beneficial and prepared with all kinds of fragrances, can be victorious. Similarly, a decoction of neem and daru (tree) is beneficial when it is soothing and mild in nature.

सभी प्रकार की सुगंधों से युक्त तथा लाभकारी काढ़ा ही विजयदायक होता है। इसी प्रकार नीम और दारू का काढ़ा भी सुखदायक तथा सौम्य प्रकृति का होने पर लाभकारी होता है।

The clarified butter that has been properly prepared, as well as the wine, are beneficial in severe conditions. One should honor the Brahmins, cows, the deities, and the goddess Ambika.
