पुराणं वा घृतं काममुदारं वा विरेचनम् । निरूहयेद्वा मतिमान् सुस्विन्नं तदहर्नरम् ॥२६१॥
A wise person should administer either aged clarified butter or a purgative that is suitable for the condition, or perform an enema with a proper approach, ensuring that the patient is well-sweated and treated appropriately every day.

एक बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति को या तो पुराना घी या कोई रेचक देना चाहिए जो इस स्थिति के लिए उपयुक्त हो, या उचित तरीके से एनीमा देना चाहिए, तथा यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि रोगी को प्रतिदिन पर्याप्त पसीना आए और उसका उचित उपचार हो।
