The decoction made from Tri-phala (three fruits) or a combination of Tri-phala with clarified butter, when consumed, is effective in treating fever caused by the imbalance of all three doshas (Tridoshaja Jvara), as well as conditions like indigestion, excess mucus (Praseka), swelling (Shoph), cough (Kasa), and loss of appetite (Arochaka).

त्रिफला (तीन फलों) से बना काढ़ा या त्रिफला को घी के साथ मिलाकर सेवन करने से, तीनों दोषों (त्रिदोषज ज्वर) के असंतुलन के कारण होने वाले बुखार के साथ-साथ अपच, अधिक बलगम (प्रसेक), सूजन (शोफ), खांसी (कास) और भूख न लगना (आरोचका) जैसी स्थितियों के उपचार में प्रभावी होता है।
