अम्लपिष्टैः सुखोष्णैश्च--- । ---पवने तूर्ध्वमागते । रुद्धमूत्रपूरीषाय गुदे वर्तिं निधापयेत् ॥१३१॥
For the condition where wind has ascended and obstructed the urine and stool, one should insert a medicated wick (or plug) into the anus, using sour and warm substances such as amlapishtas (fermented preparations) to relieve the blockage caused by the upward movement of wind.
english translation
ऐसी स्थिति में जहां वायु ऊपर चढ़ गई हो और मूत्र तथा मल में अवरोध उत्पन्न कर दिया हो, वहां वायु की ऊपर की ओर गति के कारण उत्पन्न अवरोध को दूर करने के लिए अम्लपित्त (किण्वित पदार्थ) जैसे खट्टे और गर्म पदार्थों का उपयोग करते हुए, गुदा में औषधीय बत्ती (या प्लग) डालना चाहिए।
