क्षीरसर्पिर्हितं नस्यं वसा वा जाङ्गला शुभा । उत्पलादिविपक्वेन क्षीरेणास्थापनं हितम् ॥१६॥
The nasal treatment should involve the use of milk or clarified butter, or the essence of Jangala animals, which is beneficial. Additionally, an enema prepared with mature milk mixed with Utpala and similar substances is also beneficial for the head.

The diet should consist of Jangala animal meat essence, and the patient should undergo an Anuvasana (oil-based enema) with clarified butter. For nourishment, sweet milk mixed with clarified butter and sugar should be used for oleation and therapeutic purposes.

Any remedy that is specifically indicated for Pitta and blood-related disorders, as well as other treatments, should be used for the head disease caused by Kapha. The disease can be cured by employing measures that subdue Kapha.
