नासा प्रदीप्तेव च यस्य जन्तोर्व्याधिं तु तं दीप्तमुदाहरन्ति | कफावृतो वायुरुदानसञ्ज्ञो यदा स्वमार्गे विगुणः स्थितः स्यात् ||१५||

The disease, called Dipta (burning), is characterized by the expulsion of warm, vapory air from the nostrils, accompanied by a burning sensation. It occurs when the Vayu, enveloped by Kapha, is disturbed in its normal passage and becomes improperly situated in the body.
