नाडीस्वेदोऽथ वमनं धूमो मूर्धविरेचनम् । विधिश्च कफहृत्सर्वः कर्णकण्डूमपोहति ॥५६॥
The methods that help relieve all types of phlegm include nasal sweating, vomiting, smoking, and purging the head. These treatments also eliminate ear diseases and ear canal issues caused by phlegm.
