पूरणः पूतिकर्णस्य शमनो मधुसंयुतः । कृमिकर्णकनाशार्थं कृमिघ्नं योजयेद्विधिम् ॥५१॥
The treatment for foul-smelling ear conditions (poornah) is one that is mixed with honey, which helps to calm and soothe the issue. For ear conditions caused by worms (krimikarnaka), a specific method is used to eliminate the worms, and this treatment is called "krimighna," intended to relieve and cure such infestations.
