स्फटिकं कुरुविन्दं च प्रवालाश्मन्तकं तथा । वैदूर्यं पुलकं मुक्तामयस्ताम्ररजांसि च ॥२६॥
The substances that should be used in the treatment include crystal, ruby, coral, oceanic stones, cat's-eye, the flesh of the shell, pearls, copper, and red minerals.

After preparing equal portions of the substances and mixing them with a binding liquid, the powdered collyrium should be made. Then, it should be stored in a container made from the horn of a sheep.

The wise physician should continuously treat both sides of the wound with the appropriate time and method. By doing so, he can remove the swelling and the entangled veins from the affected area.

बुद्धिमान चिकित्सक को घाव के दोनों ओर उचित समय और विधि से लगातार उपचार करना चाहिए। ऐसा करने से वह प्रभावित क्षेत्र से सूजन और उलझी हुई नसों को हटा सकता है।

The expert physician should sweat the affected area, apply pressure, and carefully excise the root of the condition by using a sharp needle at the tip of the affected area.
