(For a patient who is firmly held by experienced practitioners, lying on a raised bed, wearing suitable clothing, and having undergone proper preparatory treatments) The eye should be fomented by rubbing the affected part with the left thumb and index finger, applying a piece of linen soaked in warm water, while keeping the area steady and focused.

(ऐसे रोगी के लिए जो अनुभवी चिकित्सकों द्वारा मजबूती से पकड़ कर रखा गया हो, ऊंचे बिस्तर पर लेटा हो, उपयुक्त कपड़े पहने हो, तथा उचित प्रारंभिक उपचार करवा चुका हो) आंख को प्रभावित हिस्से को बाएं अंगूठे और तर्जनी से रगड़ कर, गर्म पानी में भिगोए हुए लिनन के टुकड़े को लगाकर, क्षेत्र को स्थिर और केंद्रित रखते हुए सिंकाई करनी चाहिए।

The affected part of the eye should be scraped carefully with the thumb and index finger, ensuring that the area remains steady and does not move or shift, even if there is some slight loosening or slipping.

आंख के प्रभावित हिस्से को अंगूठे और तर्जनी उंगली से सावधानीपूर्वक खुरचना चाहिए, यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए कि वह क्षेत्र स्थिर रहे और हिले या स्थानांतरित न हो, भले ही थोड़ा सा ढीलापन या फिसलन हो।
