सुराप्रपिष्टं त्विदमञ्जनं हि कण्ड्वां च शोफे च हितं वदन्ति । स्यन्दाधिमन्थक्रममाचरेच्च सर्वेषु चैतेषु सदाऽप्रमत्तः ॥१८॥
This medicated Anjana, when prepared with Suraprapishta (wine-based preparation), is said to be beneficial for both itching (Kandu) and swelling (Sopha) of the eyes. It is advised that the physician follow the proper procedure in treating conditions like Syandadhimantha and others. This should be done consistently and with full attention to detail for effective results.
