षट्सु कायचिकित्सासु ये चोक्ताः परमर्षिभिः । उपसर्गादयो रोगा ये चाप्यागन्तवः स्मृताः ॥६॥
The diseases mentioned in the six divisions of Kaya-Chikitsa (internal medicine) as described by the great sages, as well as disorders arising from external factors (Upasarga) and those of traumatic origin, are also included here.
