"मूत्रसंग के रंग और उल्टी तथा फुलने की स्थिति से, शरीर में दोषों को समझना चाहिए; सभी क्षेत्रों में रोने से पीड़ा का संकेत मिलता है।"

तेषु यथाभिहितं मृद्वच्छेदनीयमौषधं मात्रया क्षीरपस्य क्षीरसर्पिषा संयुक्तं विदध्यात्, धात्र्याश्च केवलं, क्षीरान्नादस्यात्मनि धात्र्याश्च पूर्ववत्, अन्नादस्य कषायादीनात्मन्येव न धात्र्याः ||३७||

"In those cases, as previously mentioned, the softening medicinal substance should be combined in the appropriate quantity with milk or clarified butter, and used specifically as directed for the patient; this should be done without any change in the composition of the diet."

"उन मामलों में, जैसा कि पहले उल्लेखित है, मुलायम औषधीय पदार्थ को उचित मात्रा में दूध या घी के साथ मिलाकर प्रयोग करना चाहिए, और यह विशेष रूप से रोगी के लिए निर्देशित रूप से किया जाना चाहिए; इसे आहार की रचना में कोई परिवर्तन किए बिना करना चाहिए।"

"There, from the month onward, the medicinal quantity of milk should be measured based on the size of the patient's thumb and two fingers, and a paste made from a corresponding amount of the ingredients should be added to the milk diet, ensuring the proper measurement of both the paste and the food."

"वहाँ, महीने से ऊपर, दूध की औषधीय मात्रा रोगी की अंगूठे और दो अंगुलियों के आकार के अनुसार मापी जानी चाहिए, और सामग्री की संबंधित मात्रा से एक पेस्ट को दूध के आहार में मिलाना चाहिए, जिससे पेस्ट और भोजन दोनों की सही माप सुनिश्चित हो सके।"
