Srimad Bhagavatam
अनिलेनान्वितं ज्योतिर्विकुर्वत्परवीक्षितम् । आधत्ताम्भो रसमयं कालमायांशयोगतः ॥ ३-५-३४ ॥
When electricity was surcharged in the air and was glanced over by the Supreme, at that time, by a mixture of eternal time and external energy, there occurred the creation of water and taste. ॥ 3-5-34 ॥
english translation
जब वायु में बिजली की क्रिया हुई और उस पर ब्रह्म ने दृष्टिपात किया उस समय नित्यकाल तथा बहिरंगा शक्ति के मिश्रण से जल तथा स्वाद की उत्पत्ति हुई। ॥ ३-५-३४ ॥
