अनिलोऽपि विकुर्वाणो नभसोरुबलान्वितः । ससर्ज रूपतन्मात्रं ज्योतिर्लोकस्य लोचनम् ॥ ३-५-३३ ॥

Thereafter the extremely powerful air, interacting with the sky, generated the form of sense perception, and the perception of form transformed into electricity, the light to see the world. ॥ 3-5-33 ॥

english translation

तत्पश्चात् अतीव शक्तिशाली वायु ने आकाश से अन्त:क्रिया करके इन्द्रिय अनुभूति (तन्मात्रा) का रूप उत्पन्न किया और रूप की अनुभूति बिजली में रूपान्तरित हो गई जो संसार को देखने के लिए प्रकाश है। ॥ ३-५-३३ ॥
