तच्छ्रद्धयाऽऽक्रान्तमतिः पितृदेवव्रतः पुमान् । गत्वा चान्द्रमसं लोकं सोमपाः पुनरेष्यति ॥ ३-३२-३ ॥
Such materialistic persons, attracted by sense gratification and devoted to the forefathers and demigods, can be elevated to the moon, where they drink an extract of the soma plant. They again return to this planet. ॥ 3-32-3 ॥
english translation
ऐसे भौतिकवादी व्यक्ति इन्द्रियतृप्ति से आकृष्ट होकर एवं अपने पितरों एवं देवताओं के प्रति भक्तिभाव रखकर चन्द्रलोक को जा सकते हैं, जहाँ वे सोमरस का पान करते हैं और फिर से इसी लोक में लौट आते हैं। ॥ ३-३२-३ ॥
