वैकारिकाद्विकुर्वाणान्मनस्तत्त्वमजायत । यत्सङ्कल्पविकल्पाभ्यां वर्तते कामसम्भवः ॥ ३-२६-२७ ‌‌॥

From the false ego of goodness, another transformation takes place. From this evolves the mind, whose thoughts and reflections give rise to desire. ॥ 3-26-27 ॥

सत्त्व के अहंकार से दूसरा विकार आता है। इससे मन उत्पन्न होता है, जिसके संकल्पों तथा विकल्पों से इच्छा का उदय होता है। ॥ ३-२६-२७ ॥
