तेनाष्टलोकपविहारकुलाचलेन्द्रद्रोणीष्वनङ्गसखमारुतसौभगासु । सिद्धैर्नुतो द्युधुनिपातशिवस्वनासु रेमे चिरं धनदवल्ललना वरूथी ।। ३-२३-३९ ।।

In that aerial mansion he traveled to the pleasure valleys of Mount Meru, which were rendered all the more beautiful by cool, gentle, fragrant breezes that stimulated passion. In these valleys, the treasurer of the gods, Kuvera, surrounded by beautiful women and praised by the Siddhas, generally enjoys pleasure. Kardama Muni also, surrounded by the beautiful damsels and his wife, went there and enjoyed for many, many years. ।। 3-23-39 ।।

english translation

उस हवाई-प्रासाद में आरूढ़ हो वे मेरु पर्वत की सुखद घाटियों में भ्रमण करते रहे जो शीतल, मन्द तथा सुगन्ध वायु से अधिक सुन्दर होकर कामवासना को उत्तेजित करनेवाली थी। इन घाटियों में देवताओं का धनपति कुबेर सुन्दरियों से घिरा रहकर और सिद्धों द्वारा प्रशंसति होकर आनन्द लाभ उठाता है। कर्दम मुनि भी अपनी पत्नी तथा उन सुन्दर कन्याओं से घिरे हुए वहाँ गये और अनेक वर्षों तक सुख-भोग किया। ।। ३-२३-३९ ।।
