कुशकाशमयं बर्हिरास्तीर्य भगवान् मनुः । अयजद्यज्ञपुरुषं लब्धा स्थानं यतो भुवम् ॥ ३-२२-३१ ॥

Manu spread a seat of kuśas and kāśas and worshiped the Lord, the Personality of Godhead, by whose grace he had obtained the rule of the terrestrial globe. ॥ 3-22-31 ॥

english translation

मनु ने कुश तथा काँस की बनी आसनी बिछाई और श्रीभगवान् की अर्चना की जिनकी कृपा से उन्हें पृथ्वी मंडल का राज्य प्राप्त हुआ था। ॥ ३-२२-३१ ॥
