तत्प्रतीच्छ द्विजाग्र्येमां श्रद्धयोपहृतां मया । सर्वात्मनानुरूपां ते गृहमेधिषु कर्मसु ॥ ३-२२-११ ॥

Therefore please accept her, O chief of the brāhmaṇas, for I offer her with faith and she is in every respect fit to be your wife and take charge of your household duties. ॥ 3-22-11 ॥

english translation

अत: हे ब्राह्मणश्रेष्ठ, आप इसे स्वीकार करें, क्योंकि मैं इसे श्रद्धापूर्वक अर्पित कर रहा हूँ। यह सभी प्रकार से आपकी पत्नी होने और आपकी गृहस्थी के कार्यों को चलाने में सर्वथा योग्य है। ॥ ३-२२-११ ॥
