शरच्छशिकरैर्मृष्टं मानयन् रजनीमुखम् । गायन् कलपदं रेमे स्त्रीणां मण्डलमण्डनः ॥ ३-२-३४ ॥
In the third season of the year, the Lord enjoyed as the central beauty of the assembly of women by attracting them with His pleasing songs in an autumn night brightened by moonshine. ॥ 3-2-34 ॥

वर्ष की तृतीय ऋतु में भगवान् ने स्त्रियों की सभा के मध्यवर्ती सौन्दर्य के रूप में चाँदनी से उजली हुई शरद् की रात में अपने मनोहर गीतों से उन्हें आकृष्ट करके उनके साथ विहार किया। ॥ ३-२-३४ ॥
