दैत्यस्य यज्ञावयवस्य मायागृहीतवाराहतनोर्महात्मनः । कौरव्य मह्यां द्विषतोर्विमर्दनं दिदृक्षुरागादृषिभिर्वृतः स्वराट् ॥ ३-१८-२० ॥
O descendant of Kuru, Brahmā, the most independent demigod of the universe, accompanied by his followers, came to see the terrible fight for the sake of the world between the demon and the Personality of Godhead, who appeared in the form of a boar. ॥ 3-18-20 ॥
english translation
हे कुरुवंशी, वाराह रूप में प्रकट श्री भगवान् तथा असुर के मध्य विश्व के निमित्त होने वाले इस भयंकर युद्ध को संसार के हेतु देखने के लिए ब्रह्माण्ड के परम स्वतन्त्र देवता ब्रह्मा अपने अनुयायियों सहित आये। ॥ ३-१८-२० ॥
