Srimad Bhagavatam
सोऽवध्यातः सुतैरेवं प्रत्याख्यातानुशासनैः । क्रोधं दुर्विषहं जातं नियन्तुमुपचक्रमे ॥ ३-१२-६ ॥
On the refusal of the sons to obey the order of their father, there was much anger generated in the mind of Brahmā, which he tried to control and not express. ॥ 3-12-6 ॥
english translation
पुत्रों द्वारा अपने पिता के आदेश का पालन करने से इनकार करने पर ब्रह्मा के मन में अत्यधिक क्रोध उत्पन्न हुआ जिसे उन्होंने व्यक्त न करके दबाए रखना चाहा। ॥ ३-१२-६ ॥

so'vadhyAtaH sutairevaM pratyAkhyAtAnuzAsanaiH । krodhaM durviSahaM jAtaM niyantumupacakrame ॥ 3-12-6 ॥
