वस्तुतो जानतामत्र कृष्णं स्थास्नु चरिष्णु च । भगवद्रूपमखिलं नान्यद्वस्त्विह किञ्चन ।। १०-१४-५६ ।।

sanskrit

Those in this world who understand Lord Kṛṣṇa as He is see all things, whether stationary or moving, as manifest forms of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Such enlightened persons recognize no reality apart from the Supreme Lord Kṛṣṇa. ।। 10-14-56 ।।

english translation

इस जगत में जो लोग भगवान् कृष्ण को यथारूप में समझते हैं, वे समस्त चर या अचर वस्तुओं को भगवान् के व्यक्त रूप में देखते हैं। ऐसे प्रबुद्ध लोग भगवान् कृष्ण से परे अन्य किसी यथार्थ (वास्तविकता) को नहीं मानते। ।। १०-१४-५६ ।।

सर्वेषामपि वस्तूनां भावार्थो भवति स्थितः । तस्यापि भगवान् कृष्णः किमतद्वस्तु रूप्यताम् ।। १०-१४-५७ ।।

sanskrit

The original, unmanifested form of material nature is the source of all material things, and the source of even that subtle material nature is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Kṛṣṇa. What, then, could one ascertain to be separate from Him? ।। 10-14-57 ।।

english translation

प्रकृति का आदि अव्यक्त रूप समस्त भौतिक वस्तुओं का स्रोत है और यहाँ तक कि इस सूक्ष्म प्रकृति के स्रोत तो भगवान् कृष्ण हैं। तो भला उनसे पृथक् किसको कहा जा सकता है? ।। १०-१४-५७ ।।

समाश्रिता ये पदपल्लवप्लवं महत्पदं पुण्ययशो मुरारेः । भवाम्बुधिर्वत्सपदं परं पदं पदं पदं यद्विपदां न तेषाम् ।। १०-१४-५८ ।।

sanskrit

For those who have accepted the boat of the lotus feet of the Lord, who is the shelter of the cosmic manifestation and is famous as Murāri, the enemy of the Mura demon, the ocean of the material world is like the water contained in a calf’s hoof-print. Their goal is paraṁ padam, Vaikuṇṭha, the place where there are no material miseries, not the place where there is danger at every step. ।। 10-14-58 ।।

english translation

दृश्यजगत के आश्रय एवं मुर राक्षस के शत्रु मुरारी के नाम से प्रसिद्ध भगवान् के चरणकमल रूपी नाव को जिन्होंने स्वीकार किया है उनके लिए यह भव-सागर बछड़े के खुर चिन्ह में भरे जल के समान है। उनका लक्ष्य परं पदम् अर्थात् वैकुण्ठ होता है जहाँ भौतिक विपदाओं का नामोनिशान नहीं होता, न ही पग पग पर कोई संकट होता है। ।। १०-१४-५८ ।।

एतत्ते सर्वमाख्यातं यत्पृष्टोऽहमिह त्वया । यत्कौमारे हरिकृतं पौगण्डे परिकीर्तितम् ।। १०-१४-५९ ।।

Since you inquired from me, I have fully described to you those activities of Lord Hari that were performed in His fifth year but not celebrated until His sixth. ।। 10-14-59 ।।

english translation

चूँकि आपने मुझसे पूछा था इसलिए मैंने भगवान् हरि की उन लीलाओं का संपूर्ण वर्णन किया जो उन्होंने अपनी आयु के पाँचवें वर्ष में सम्पन्न की थीं किन्तु छठा वर्ष लगने तक प्रशस्त नहीं हुई थीं। ।। १०-१४-५९ ।।

एतत्सुहृद्भिश्चरितं मुरारेरघार्दनं शाद्वलजेमनं च । व्यक्तेतरद्रूपमजोर्वभिष्टवं श‍ृण्वन् गृणन्नेति नरोऽखिलार्थान् ।। १०-१४-६० ।।

Any person who hears or chants these pastimes Lord Murāri performed with His cowherd friends — the killing of Aghāsura, the taking of lunch on the forest grass, the Lord’s manifestation of transcendental forms, and the wonderful prayers offered by Lord Brahmā — is sure to achieve all his spiritual desires. ।। 10-14-60 ।।

english translation

मुरारी द्वारा ग्वालबालों के साथ सम्पन्न इन लीलाओं को—यथा अघासुर वध, जंगल की घास पर बैठकर भोजन करना, भगवान् द्वारा दिव्य रूपों का प्राकट्य तथा ब्रह्मा द्वारा की गई अद्भुत स्तुति को जो भी व्यक्ति सुनता है या उनका कीर्तन करता है उसकी सारी आध्यात्मिक मनोकामनाएँ अवश्य पूरी होती हैं। ।। १०-१४-६० ।।
