Bowing down his face in humility and . - ॥ 1-57-16॥

There he visited the hundred noble-souled sons of Vashishta, who were supremely self-luminescent and superbly self-refulgent by their ascesis. ॥ 1-57-15॥

The place where the sons of Vasishta had been performing austerities for a long time - ॥ 1-57-14॥

Refused by Vashishtha, the king ( Trishanku ) went south direction . - ॥ 1-57-13॥
