    रम्भादण्डं हरिद्दन्डं वेत्रदण्डं तथैव च । हृन्मध्ये चालयित्वा तु पुनः प्रत्याहरेच्छनै:॥१-३७॥rambhAdaNDaM hariddanDaM vetradaNDaM tathaiva ca । hRnmadhye cAlayitvA tu punaH pratyAharecchanai:॥1-37॥From the soft (pipe like) part between the banana leaves, the soft (pipe like) part between the turmeric leaves or the soft (pipe like) part between the cane leaves till the middle of the heart region (both parts of the chest). Taking it in the middle and taking it out slowly again is called Danddhauti.

In the same way, man also keeps going through the cycles of birth and death due to his deeds (good and bad or Krishna and Shukla deeds).

Her youngest son was Somaka. ॥ 10-61-14 ॥

May Your feet, which give freedom from illusion by approaching their worshiper, give shelter to me, who have been wandering from one material situation to another. ॥ 10-60-43 ॥
