र॒ण्वः संदृ॑ष्टौ पितु॒माँ इ॑व॒ क्षयो॑ भ॒द्रा रु॒द्राणां॑ म॒रुता॒मुप॑स्तुतिः । गोभि॑: ष्याम य॒शसो॒ जने॒ष्वा सदा॑ देवास॒ इळ॑या सचेमहि ॥ रण्वः संदृष्टौ पितुमाँ इव क्षयो भद्रा रुद्राणां मरुतामुपस्तुतिः । गोभिः ष्याम यशसो जनेष्वा सदा देवास इळया सचेमहि ॥
Pleasant of aspect (is troop of Maruts), like a house well stored with provisions; fortunate is the favourof the Maruts, the sons of Rudra; may we (thereby) be famed among men for cattle, and so, gods, ever approach(you) with sacrificial food.

ra॒NvaH saMdR॑STau pitu॒mA~ i॑va॒ kSayo॑ bha॒drA ru॒drANAM॑ ma॒rutA॒mupa॑stutiH । gobhi॑: SyAma ya॒zaso॒ jane॒SvA sadA॑ devAsa॒ iLa॑yA sacemahi ॥ raNvaH saMdRSTau pitumA~ iva kSayo bhadrA rudrANAM marutAmupastutiH । gobhiH SyAma yazaso janeSvA sadA devAsa iLayA sacemahi ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयां मे॒ धियं॒ मरु॑त॒ इन्द्र॒ देवा॒ अद॑दात वरुण मित्र यू॒यम् । तां पी॑पयत॒ पय॑सेव धे॒नुं कु॒विद्गिरो॒ अधि॒ रथे॒ वहा॑थ ॥ यां मे धियं मरुत इन्द्र देवा अददात वरुण मित्र यूयम् । तां पीपयत पयसेव धेनुं कुविद्गिरो अधि रथे वहाथ ॥
Maruts, Indra, gods, Varuṇa and Mitra, reward the worship, which you have given as (men fatten) the(newly-delivered) cow with milk, you have repeatedly put my praises on your car.

yAM me॒ dhiyaM॒ maru॑ta॒ indra॒ devA॒ ada॑dAta varuNa mitra yU॒yam । tAM pI॑payata॒ paya॑seva dhe॒nuM ku॒vidgiro॒ adhi॒ rathe॒ vahA॑tha ॥ yAM me dhiyaM maruta indra devA adadAta varuNa mitra yUyam । tAM pIpayata payaseva dhenuM kuvidgiro adhi rathe vahAtha ॥

Maruts, repeatedly acknowledge us, so that (you may make us the objects) of this relationship; andmay Aditi grant us affinity (with men) on the navel of the earth, where we first assemble (to offer oblations).

ku॒vida॒Gga prati॒ yathA॑ cida॒sya na॑: sajA॒tya॑sya maruto॒ bubo॑dhatha । nAbhA॒ yatra॑ pratha॒maM saM॒nasA॑mahe॒ tatra॑ jAmi॒tvamadi॑tirdadhAtu naH ॥ kuvidaGga prati yathA cidasya naH sajAtyasya maruto bubodhatha । nAbhA yatra prathamaM saMnasAmahe tatra jAmitvamaditirdadhAtu naH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptते हि द्यावा॑पृथि॒वी मा॒तरा॑ म॒ही दे॒वी दे॒वाञ्जन्म॑ना य॒ज्ञिये॑ इ॒तः । उ॒भे बि॑भृत उ॒भयं॒ भरी॑मभिः पु॒रू रेतां॑सि पि॒तृभि॑श्च सिञ्चतः ॥ ते हि द्यावापृथिवी मातरा मही देवी देवाञ्जन्मना यज्ञिये इतः । उभे बिभृत उभयं भरीमभिः पुरू रेतांसि पितृभिश्च सिञ्चतः ॥
They, two, the maternal heaven and earth, mighty, divine, adorable, attain to the gods upon their birth;they both cherish the two (races, human and divine) (gods), they shed abundant moisture.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptवि षा होत्रा॒ विश्व॑मश्नोति॒ वार्यं॒ बृह॒स्पति॑र॒रम॑ति॒: पनी॑यसी । ग्रावा॒ यत्र॑ मधु॒षुदु॒च्यते॑ बृ॒हदवी॑वशन्त म॒तिभि॑र्मनी॒षिण॑: ॥ वि षा होत्रा विश्वमश्नोति वार्यं बृहस्पतिररमतिः पनीयसी । ग्रावा यत्र मधुषुदुच्यते बृहदवीवशन्त मतिभिर्मनीषिणः ॥
That voice of invocation, the protectress of the mighty, never ceasing, the panegyrist (of the gods),the pious, by their praises, make the god desirous (of the sacrifice).
