ए॒वा क॒विस्तु॑वी॒रवाँ॑ ऋत॒ज्ञा द्र॑विण॒स्युर्द्रवि॑णसश्चका॒नः । उ॒क्थेभि॒रत्र॑ म॒तिभि॑श्च॒ विप्रोऽपी॑पय॒द्गयो॑ दि॒व्यानि॒ जन्म॑ ॥ एवा कविस्तुवीरवाँ ऋतज्ञा द्रविणस्युर्द्रविणसश्चकानः । उक्थेभिरत्र मतिभिश्च विप्रोऽपीपयद्गयो दिव्यानि जन्म ॥
The pious sage, Gaya, eloquent in laudation, conversant with sacred rites, wishing for wealth, eagerfor wealth, propitiates the celestial people with prayers and praises.

ए॒वा प्ल॒तेः सू॒नुर॑वीवृधद्वो॒ विश्व॑ आदित्या अदिते मनी॒षी । ई॒शा॒नासो॒ नरो॒ अम॑र्त्ये॒नास्ता॑वि॒ जनो॑ दि॒व्यो गये॑न ॥ एवा प्लतेः सूनुरवीवृधद्वो विश्व आदित्या अदिते मनीषी । ईशानासो नरो अमर्त्येनास्तावि जनो दिव्यो गयेन ॥
Universal deities and Aditi, thus has the prudent son of plural ti magnified you; the celestial people, theimmortal (company of the gods) through whom (when praised) men become the bonds (of wealth), have been glorified by Gaya.
