आकर्णपूर्णैरिषुभिर्जीवलोकं दुरावरैः । करिष्ये मैथिलीहेतोरपिशाचमराक्षसम् ॥ ३-६४-६६
For the sake of Maithili I will render this world devoid of goblins and demons with my irresistible arrows pulled up to my ears. ॥ 3-64-66॥

AkarNapUrNairiSubhirjIvalokaM durAvaraiH । kariSye maithilIhetorapizAcamarAkSasam ॥ 3-64-66
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमम रोषप्रयुक्तानां सायकानां बलं सुराः । द्रक्ष्यन्त्यद्य विमुक्तानामतिदूरातिगामिनाम् ॥ ३-६४-६७
Now the gods will witness the power of my arrows released in great rage which can hit distant targets. ॥ 3-64-67॥

mama roSaprayuktAnAM sAyakAnAM balaM surAH । drakSyantyadya vimuktAnAmatidUrAtigAminAm ॥ 3-64-67
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनैव देवा न दैतेया न पिशाचा न राक्षसाः । भविष्यन्ति मम क्रोधात्त्रैलोक्ये विप्रणाशिते ॥ ३-६४-६८
My anger will destroy all the gods, demons and evil spirits. They will be extinguished from the three worlds. ॥ 3-64-68॥

naiva devA na daiteyA na pizAcA na rAkSasAH । bhaviSyanti mama krodhAttrailokye vipraNAzite ॥ 3-64-68
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदेवदानवयक्षाणां लोका ये रक्षसामपि । बहुधा न भविष्यन्ति बाणौघैश्शकलीकृताः ॥ ३-६४-६९
The worlds of gods, yakshas or even demons torn into shreds by my arrows will not survive. ॥ 3-64-69॥

devadAnavayakSANAM lokA ye rakSasAmapi । bahudhA na bhaviSyanti bANaughaizzakalIkRtAH ॥ 3-64-69
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनिर्मर्यादानिमान्लोकान्करिष्याम्यद्य सायकैः । हृतां मृतां वा सौमित्रे न दास्यन्ति ममेश्वराः ॥ ३-६४-७०
If the gods do not hand over Sita to me either carried away or dead I will transgress these worlds, Oh ! Lakshmana. ॥ 3-64-70॥
