कस्य वा तवं कुतॊ वा तवं किं वा तात चिकीर्षसि न हि मे दृष्टपूर्वस तवं तत्त्वं बरूहि नरर्षभ ।। ४-९-३ ।।

sanskrit

'When Sahadeva appeared, the king addressed him: ‘Whose servant art thou? From where hast thou come? What business dost thou seek here? I have never seen thee before. O bull among men, speak truthfully about thyself.’' ।। 4-9-3 ।।

english translation

kasya vA tavaM kutò vA tavaM kiM vA tAta cikIrSasi na hi me dRSTapUrvasa tavaM tattvaM barUhi nararSabha || 4-9-3 ||
